1. Definitions
“Website” refers to https://wegames.wemelee.com.
“WeGames” refers to the storefront and game services operated by Wemelee – Luca Schiera.
“User” means any individual who accesses or purchases via the Website.
“Download(s)” means the digital products (e.g., Android APK files) available on the Website.
“Activation Key” means the alphanumeric code issued by WeGames to unlock a purchased title.
“Device Fingerprint” means a technical identifier used to bind an Activation Key to a device.
2. Age & Eligibility
- You must be 18+ or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase or use WeGames titles.
- We may restrict access where prohibited by law or by payment-processor policy.
3. Account Registration & Security
You may need a WeGames account to purchase, download, and activate games. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Enabling strong passwords and (optionally) two-factor authentication is recommended.
4. Digital Downloads & Activation Keys
- After a successful payment, you will receive access to download the APK and an Activation Key by email.
- Activation Keys are personal and non-transferable. Keys are issued to your account email and are intended for your use only.
- Keys are device-bound: once activated, a key attaches to the first device fingerprint. If supported, you may release and re-bind the key via your account (subject to limits and anti-abuse checks).
- Sharing, selling, or publishing keys is prohibited. Suspicious activity may result in key revocation and account action.
- Side-loading APKs requires allowing installs from unknown sources. You accept the risks associated with side-loading and device compatibility.
5. License Grant & Restrictions
Upon purchase and activation, WeGames grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the title on the bound device, solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent license checks/DRM.
- Distribute, resell, rent, or publicly perform the software or keys.
- Use the software to develop competing products or datasets.
6. Payments (CCBill) & Receipts
Payments are processed by CCBill. You may be redirected to CCBill’s checkout. On success, you will receive a receipt from CCBill and a purchase email from WeGames with your download and Activation Key. Ensure you whitelist transactional emails from wemelee.com domains and check spam folders if needed.
7. Refunds & Chargebacks
Because products are digital and delivered immediately, refunds are generally not provided. Exceptions may be considered for:
- Accidental duplicate purchases
- Payment processor error
- Unauthorized transaction reported promptly
Contact CCBill for billing questions shown on your statement, and contact WeGames support for delivery/activation issues. Unresolved chargebacks may lead to license revocation and account action.
8. Compliance & Prohibited Use
- You must comply with applicable laws and CCBill policies when using the Website.
- Do not attempt to bypass licensing, tamper with device binding, or share private download links or keys.
- All reported violations or complaints will be reviewed within 5 business days, in accordance with the Visa Integrity Risk Program (VIRP) and CCBill compliance guidelines. Illegal or non-compliant material will be removed immediately and, where applicable, reported to the CCBill Regulatory Compliance team at [email protected].
9. Warranties & Availability
WeGames titles are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, universal device compatibility, or bug-free software. We may issue patches or updates at our discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeGames and Wemelee are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from use of the Website, downloads, or keys.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by German law. Jurisdiction: Heilbronn, Germany.
12. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes may be announced via email or on-site notice. Your continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

14. Acknowledgment
By purchasing, downloading, activating, or playing any WeGames title, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use WeGames products.
15. Anti–Human Trafficking Policy
WeGames and Wemelee maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or coercion. We do not produce, permit, or distribute content that depicts or promotes non-consensual acts, underage individuals, or any material that violates human rights. All creators and partners must verify their age and consent before participation in any content or production. Any violation or suspicion of trafficking or exploitation will result in immediate suspension, removal of content, and notification to law enforcement and the CCBill Regulatory Compliance team.
16. Age Gate Verification
In compliance with international payment and content regulations, this website implements an age-verification gate. Upon entry, users are required to confirm that they are 18 years of age or older (or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction). Access to any adult-related content is strictly prohibited for minors. Users who do not meet the age requirement must leave the site immediately.
